Most coaching works at the level of thought. Presence-based coaching goes deeper.
Presence is the capacity to be fully here, in your body, in this moment, in contact with what's actually true for you. It sounds simple. For most high achievers, it's one of the hardest things to practice.
This work slows things down enough to build that capacity. From that place, insight doesn't just make sense intellectually. It lands. It stays.
The coaching holds the space. You bring what's true.

Somatic work involves the body. Our nervous system stores stress and protective patterns. Rather than working only through thoughts, we also pay attention to physical sensations, breath, posture, and regulation. Change that includes the body tends to be more sustainable because it addresses the root, not just the narrative.

Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions and processing the past. This work is forward-oriented, focused on how you function now, how patterns show up in real time, and how to build new ways of being from the inside out. Many clients have done therapy and find this work goes somewhere different. It doesn't replace therapy. It's simply a different kind of change.

No. Although I am a licensed physician, this coaching relationship is entirely separate from my medical practice and licensure. I do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment within the coaching context. For medical concerns, please consult your personal physician or qualified healthcare provider.

Coaching is not designed for acute crisis intervention. If you are in immediate distress or require urgent support, please contact emergency services or a crisis resource in your area.

I work primarily with physicians and high-achieving professionals who are outwardly successful but feel depleted or disconnected inside and are ready for deeper work.

Deep change takes time. Many clients begin to experience meaningful shifts within three to six months.
More sustained identity-level change often unfolds over nine to twelve months. I typically recommend a twelve-month commitment with bi-monthly sessions to support integration and consistency.
-
Sessions are confidential, intentional conversations that move at your pace. I may invite you to explore current challenges, emotional responses, body awareness, or recurring patterns, with enough structure to support consistency and depth.
-
My role is to guide inquiry, increase awareness, and help you access your own clarity. The work is learning to trust what you find there.
